Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Website. This is to ensure that you understand your legal obligations and rights with regard to WinWise: Get Wyse, Get Rewarded. The complete set of Terms and Conditions may be reviewed or updated at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately.

A. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “T&Cs”) shall be valid for all gaming offered by Whisper Konnect Ltd (a company duly incorporated under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria).
WinWise shall offer lottery services through various channels not limited to POS, Mobile, Web, and USSD hereinafter referred to as “the Service”.
By registering on the Website or being a customer, Players accept using the Service and are bound by the following terms and conditions: (i) The General Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Gaming Rules; (iii) The Privacy Policy; (iv) The General Lottery Rules; (v) All terms and conditions and/or rules concerning bonuses, promotions, and special offers which may be advertised in any part of our website; (vi) All further terms and conditions contained in any of the platforms which you may download in order to use the services we provide.
All the terms and conditions listed on this page shall together be referred to as “the Terms of Use.” “User,” “Customer,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing the Service and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. Whenever the Customer uses the service, such as placing a lottery or participating in any promotions offered, he/she agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use, including any amendments made periodically.
The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final, and exclusive agreement between the Customer and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

B. TERMS OF USE AND/OR SERVICE

By using the service, the Customer confirms that he/she has attained the age of 18, as WinWise does not accept any User under 18. WinWise reserves the right to verify any Customer’s statement of age and to exclude Customers if there are doubts regarding the minimum age requirement. Any underage Customer shall have all winnings forfeited, and their account will be blocked immediately.
Each Customer who desires access to services offered by WinWise must open a gaming Account. By opening a WinWise account and placing a lottery on any games, the User confirms their legal capacity to enter an agreement with WinWise.
Non-commercial, non-professional purposes: the Customer's use of the service is personal and for entertainment purposes only.
WinWise does not warrant constant availability or functionality of its services and shall not be liable for any damages or losses due to unavailability or disconnection.
WinWise shall not be held liable for damages caused directly or indirectly by the service or its contents, unless based on intentional or gross negligence.
WinWise shall not be liable if the Customer cannot place a lottery due to system congestion or other communication issues.
Unless otherwise stated, all times are based on WAT (West African Time). Any exceptions will be communicated in writing. Verbal statements by employees are not binding.
The gaming contract and legal relationship between the Customer and WinWise are governed by Nigerian laws. Services are available in Nigerian Naira (₦) only.
The Customer agrees that WinWise may use their name, city, and/or image for publicity or promotional purposes in the event of a large win (₦500,000.00 or more), subject to reasonable contact attempts.

C. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

Customers may fund their account via any payment channels made available by WinWise and may withdraw using the same or another verified method (Debit/Credit cards, Bank Transfer, Virtual card, or E-wallets).
Withdrawals will be remitted once all verification requirements are met.
